Directions & Parking

Location

The Levitt Shell is located in Overton Park, off Poplar Avenue just west of East Parkway and south of North Parkway and east of McLean. The Shell is adjacent to the Memphis Zoo, Brooks Museum, and Memphis College of Art.

Directions

There are multiple entrances to Overton Park that lead you directly to the Levitt Shell.

• From Poplar Avenue, turn North on Kenilworth Drive which immediately becomes Morrie Moss Lane. Continue straight on Morrie Moss Lane, past Brooks Museum of Art and turn right on Museum Drive.
• From Poplar Avenue, turn North on Veterans Plaza Drive. Continue thru the 4-way Stop then veer left onto Museum Drive, and proceed to the top of the hill.

Parking

Free public parking is available along the roads of Overton Park. Paid parking is available at the Memphis Zoo parking lot.

Handicap and vendor parking is available at the southern entrance to the Levitt Shell grounds, on Museum Drive, adjacent to Brooks Museum at the top of the hill.
