About the band:
Detective Bureau is an instrumental septet from Memphis that explores Afro Brazilian music, Italian film scores and American TV themes from the late 60s and 70s as well as original music. Featuring some of the top musicians in Memphis Detective Bureau has been active on the local club scene for over a decade. In the fall of 2019 Detective Bureau played a brand new score to Seijun Suzuki's 1963 classic Detective Bureau 2-3: Go To Hell Bastards in Crosstown Arts Green Room to a receptive audience.
