The perfect opportunity to celebrate your employees, entertain clients and customers, or bring members of your organization together for a special night is waiting for you at the Shell.
A night out on our Hospitality Hilltop Decks is a beloved tradition by many groups in Memphis—and it’s time to make it one of yours, too!
Overlooking the Shell lawn, this area encompasses a shaded grove with newly constructed patio decks designed for catering and hosting colleagues, family, friends, and community partners. Amenities include volunteer setup and breakdown, dining and bistro tables, and tents for serving food and beverages. Sponsors may provide their own food and beverage from their own catering service or from a Shell preferred partner. Cash or host bar services are available through our preferred food and beverage partner.

There are 3 levels of Hilltop Hospitality sponsorships available:
Tier 1: Full Hilltop
• Lead sponsor for 1 free concert
• Host up to 200 guests with exclusive use of all 3 Hilltop Hospitality Decks
• Five reserved parking spaces
• Welcome audience from stage
• Video presentation up to 60 seconds
• On-site product display
• Individual logo display on stage-side 12 x 12 LED screens at all free concerts
• Branding on Overton Park Shell website and digital benefits
Tier 2: Two Decks
• Co-sponsor 1 free concert
• Host 150 guests on up to two (2) Hilltop Decks
• Three reserved parking spaces
• Static image on stage-side 12 x 12 LED screens during weekend of cosponsored concert
• On-site product display
• Individual logo display on stage-side 12 x 12 LED screens during concert weekend of your event
• Logo in group placement on LED screens at all free concerts
• Branding on Overton Park Shell website and digital benefits
Tier 3: One Deck
• Co-sponsor 1 free concert
• Host 75 guests on Hilltop Deck (pg. 3)
• Logo in group placement at each concert during the weekend of your sponsorship night
• One reserved parking space
• Individual logo display on stage-side 12 x 12 LED screens on night of your event
• Branding on Overton Park Shell website and digital benefits
